What is Surveying?
Land surveying is the art (and science) of figuring out exactly where your property begins, ends, and everything in between. Think of us as the referees of real estate—we bring the measuring tape, not the whistles. Using high-tech equipment (and occasionally old-fashioned math), surveyors map out land so that builders, buyers, and property owners know what’s theirs, what’s not, and where the fence should actually go.
In short: if you don’t want to accidentally build your dream patio in your neighbor’s yard, you probably need a land surveyor.

A boundary survey will show your boundary lines, property corners, and all improvements (buildings, driveway, etc) in relation to those lines. We provide a scale so that you can get accurate measurements anywhere on your property. Also included on a boundary survey would be any easements on record, and the legal description that defines your property. Also, while we are onsite for the survey, we flag up your property corners.

That depends on several variables including, but not limited to, the size of the property, the type of legal description, and the type of survey being requested. We have a formula that we use to ensure pricing is consistent and reasonable.
